Effective date: July 27, 2026. By using Family Circle, you agree to use it only with the knowledge and consent of the family members you invite or help.

Not an emergency or medical service

Family Circle does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency response, or continuous safety monitoring. Do not rely on it for emergencies; contact local emergency services or a qualified professional when appropriate.

Family permissions

Only invite people you know and trust. Remote Help requires visible approval from the person receiving help. Android remote tapping is optional, session-limited, and can be disabled in Android Accessibility settings.

Availability

Calls and Remote Help depend on devices, networks, and permissions. On iPhone, these features require Family Circle to be open and connected; background call or alert delivery is not provided in this release.
